Hot Off The Press acquires Accent Depot!

Hot Off The Press is delighted to announce the acquisition of Accent Depot, effective December 15, 2005.

“All of us at Accent Depot are very excited,” says owner Eileen Boehne. “Hot Off The Press has been in the craft industry for 26 years and our product line is a perfect addition to their existing products.” Boehne adds, “Both businesses are women-owned and began on the proverbial kitchen table. It’s a great match!”

Accent Depot is known for their innovative line of brads, from classic metal and colored brads to brads that are shaped, painted and fabric-covered.

“We’re thrilled to extend our product offering with a new line of coordinating 3-D embellishments,” says Hot Off The Press President Paulette Jarvey. “We’re honored that Eileen has trusted us with the company she has worked so hard to nurture and develop.”

The acquisition is effective December 15, 2005. Hot Off The Press will begin shipping Accent Depot product on January 16, 2006.
