Alright I admit it; I’m not a particularly good stamper. I get frustrated, just like everyone else, when I stamp in the wrong area or the ink looks weak. That’s why I love Hot off the Press’ new acrylic stamps. The great thing about these acrylic stamps is that I can see exactly where the stamp will go and what it will look like. I love being able to place the acrylic piece on the card or scrapbook page first, as a preview, and then stamp it.

Acrylic stamps are a great new trend in paper crafting. You can get tons of great images onto a single sheet and they’re so easy to use. Simply peel your stamp off the backing sheet, place it on an acrylic holder, ink it up and stamp! Plus unlike traditional rubber stamps, acrylic stamps take up so little space! After you’re finished with the image you want, you can simple peel it off your acrylic block, wipe it off and place it back on its sheet, so easy.

My favorite stamp set is Christmas Words. You get 31 different stamps in different styles and fonts (that are great to mix and match). They’re going to make creating my Christmas cards so easy this year! I like to use embellishments on cards and then use the words as sentiments. These stamps are perfect for creating card focals, I especially love the Christmas tree that says “Merry Christmas.”

I also love the Swirls stamps. This set is gorgeous! Swirls are everywhere right now and this set is perfect to quickly and easily get the swirly style. Plus they’re so versatile! I love using them as borders, and layering them creates such a beautiful look. While black ink is classic, using different colored inks can create a fun, funky look that I love.

Stamps create add a wonderful touch to my pages and cards and they’re becoming a major paper crafting trend. With Hot Off The Press’ new acrylic stamps I can’t wait to get started stamping!
