Instructions:
- Fold the small pizza box on the fold lines, and then assemble, tucking in all the flaps. Cut a 3 1/2" square from the plaid paper, with the dots border across the bottom. Ink the edges and glue it centered to the lid of the pizza box. Cut out the large square birthday art and ink the edges. Glue it centered to the lid, just above the dots border. Ink the edges of the "happy birthday" fragment and foam tape it across the center of the square birthday art.
- Cut a 2 1/2" length of aqua paper ribbon, fold twice at the center, and trim the ends at an angle. Glue to the lid as shown, and Zot a teal flower with purple brad over the center.
- To create the accordion-folded card from cardstock: Cut one 7 1/2"x3 1/2" aqua cardstock rectangle, and then turn it so it is horizontal with the white side up on your cutting mat. Score a vertical line 1/2" from the left edge, and another line 4" from the left edge. Fold on the scored lines. Cut a 4"x3 1/2" aqua cardstock rectangle and score it 1/2" from the left edge. Fold on the scored line. Turn the pieces aqua side up. Turn the long rectangle so the narrow fold is at the bottom. Glue the top edge of the long rectangle over the narrow fold of the short rectangle so the edge is even with the fold. You should now have 3 square accordion-folded sections, with a narrow folded section at the bottom. Ink the edges.
- Cut three 2 1/2" squares from the remaining plaid paper and ink the edges. Glue a square to the center of each of the accordion-folded panels. Cut out art pieces, tags, words, and paper ribbon and ink the edges. Trim paper ribbons to fit across the plaid squares, or diagonally for the bottom square. Finish decorating by adding the art pieces, flower, mini Brad Buddy, and brads. Fold a 1" length of paper ribbon and glue centered to the edge of the top panel.
- Fold the card together so the top panel is facing up. Place inside the box, and glue the bottom narrow fold to the inside. Use the paper ribbon tab to pull out the card.
