Q: What is your minimum order?
A: The minimum dollar amount is $100.00 per order. The minimum item amount is three items per title. However, when ordering bulk paper (pre-packaged in 25s) or large packs of mini round brads (pre-packaged in 250s), the minimum is just one package.

Q: What are my shipping options?
A: United States and Canada: Packages shipped within the US and Canada will be sent via UPS unless otherwise specified. USPS is also available. For the least expensive shipping option, simply specify “best way” when checking out.

International: Packages shipped outside the US and Canada can be sent via UPS or USPS. For the least expensive shipping option, simply specify “best way” when checking out.

Note: For all orders, package insurance is not available when shipping via USPS. Tracking numbers for international orders are not available when shipping via USPS.

Q: How much will shipping cost?
A: The shipping cost is calculated by the weight of the package.

Q: When will I receive my order?
A: All orders will be shipped within 2-4 days after receiving the order. All orders are shipped from Canby, Oregon, US.

Q: Can I order Disney product?
A: Disney product can be shipped only to addresses within the United States and Canada.
